Ready, set, cook!

Chefs on Parade is a four-day culinary festival with a trade exhibit, cooking demonstrations, food workshops, seminars, food tastings, celebrity chef appearances and other gastronomic activities. The main event is focused on the numerous competitions for students and professionals.


Considered the most important hospitality and culinary event in the Philippines, the Chefs on Parade will be hosted by the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines (HRAP), and will be held on February 28 to March 3, 2013 at the SMX Convention Center.

Among the respected names in the international food scene that will be present during the event are Chef Emmanuel Stroobant, host of the Asian Food Channel's Chef in Black; Chef Jerome Lacressioneiere and Chef Marc Chalopin, both from the renowned Alain Ducasse international restaurants; and Chef Alex Dino, champion of the Sears Chef Challenge in the US.
