A look at the year that was...
The year 2011 has ended and what better way to conclude it than to make a list of the fifteen dishes I enjoyed the most this 2011. This list is a compilation of the best foods from the restaurants I've visited and food purveyors I've featured in no particular order. In the spirit of new gastronomic adventures, my picks comprise of newly tried eats. It doesn't include the ones I've already eaten (or gorged on) prior to this year. And so without further ado, I present to you the dishes slash desserts that made me close my eyes in pleasure this 2011.
