My Memorable Restaurant Dishes of 2012 (Part 1)

My Memorable Restaurant Dishes of 2012 (Part 1)

Sunday, December 30, 2012

It's the end of the year, and this time, my way of ending it would be to give you a list of my most memorable dishes from the countless restaurants I've been to.

It's a given that from the numerous restaurants I've tried, I have tasted a lot of really scrumptious victuals. It's also good to note that there are even some restaurants, though quite rare, which serve a copious amount of delectable food on their menu, that it's hard to pinpoint for which dish exactly are they known for.

This list comprises the particular viands that not only do I think are good, but something that makes me crave for it on some days, and salivate while thinking about it. If I were to just list down everything that I loved, I'm afraid this would be more of a novel instead of a blog post; my list is already far too long as it is, hence the need to divide it into two parts. So, without further ado, let me escort you down my 2012 gustatory memory lane...

Crispy Dinuguan from Kanin Club

Seafood Salad Maki from Kulinarya Kitchen. This is one of those aforementioned restaurants where just about everything tastes good. From salads such as the Harvest Salad (see cover photo) and Crab and Mango Salad to mains like Grilled Steak with Truffle Butter and Beef Salpicao (see cover photo), and all the way to desserts like their Red Velvet and Choco Lava Cake, you'll definitely be back just so you can get your hands on more of their dishes.
