Mercato Centrale is coming back to the South!

The Mercato Centrale group, organizers of the popular night food and lifestyle markets sprouting all over the metro such as the --

• Cucina Andare in Glorietta Park, Makati
• Mezza Norte in Trinoma Mall, Quezon City
• Cocina Centrale in MarQuee Mall, Angeles
• Porto Cena in Harbor Point Mall, Subic

-- is bringing back the Mercato night market to the South with EL SUR, specifically in Alabang Town Center, and will be open every Friday (4pm - 3am) and Saturday (12nn - 12mn) starting November 23, 2013, Saturday.

For 3 years already, the Mercato Centrale markets have been providing venues for local and start-up entrepreneurs to showcase their products and test their feasibility in the market. These night markets have been the birthplace of many fast-growing food companies including Manang’s Chicken, Mochiko (which even has a branch in ATC), Merry Moo, Chuck’s Grubberie, Mio Gelati, Spring by Ha-Yuan, Kristina’s Inutak, Zen Taclings, Eat My Garlic Fries, etc. And now, after a short hiatus after Soderno, Mercato returns, much to the delight of Southern foodies.
